OUR CHAIRMAN
Tan Sri Dato' Seri Mohamad Fuzi Bin Harun was the 11th Inspector-General of Police (IGP) of Malaysia. He served in the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) for 35 years, holding the highest position in the force from 4th September 2017 until his retirement in May 2019
He holds a Master's degree in Anthropology and Sociology from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Arts from the University of Malaya (UM). He also attended the Advanced Management and Leadership Programme at the Said Business School of Oxford University in the United Kingdom (UK).
He joined the Royal Malaysia Police in 1984, and after completing his basic police training, he was assigned to the Special Branch for 28 years, from 1986 to 2014, in various roles, including operations and counter-terrorism.
The establishment of MYCSI is his aspiration to realise a dream where his passion and experience in education and law enforcement have been combined, and he continues to contribute his efforts and ideas to the beloved nation.

This achievement marks a new chapter for us, and we look forward to continuing our mission to educate, inspire, and lead in the fields of security and investigation. It is our privilege to serve our students and community with excellence and dedication.
PROGRAMMES OFFERED
OUR CAMPUS
The Malaysian College for Security and Investigation Studies (MYCSI) was established in 1999 (formerly known as Bayu College) and is currently located in the Multimedia Super Corridor in Cyberjaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
MYCSI’s main focus is to produce qualified officers in security and investigation to meet the country’s needs, especially in this new era of uncertainty
MYCSI has been fully entrusted by the Ministry of Higher Education to offer Certificate and Diploma programmes in the fields of security and investigation studies.
